The issue with WebEx audio has been resolved. You can now call into or receive a call back for your WebEx meetings. If you are still experiencing any issues with WebEx, please contact the TTS Service Desk at it@tufts.edu or 617-627-3376.

Investigating
TTS is currently investigating an issue with WebEx audio teleconferencing. The call in and call back audio options are currently unavailable. If you have a WebEx meeting scheduled, you can use use computer audio with your computer microphone, or call a participant directly. TTS is working with the vendor on a resolution and will provide an update as soon as more information is available.
