HPC Cluster Scheduled Maintenance 9/30/2026 12pm-6pm

An HPC Cluster maintenance window is scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM to perform a Slurm upgrade.

Impact:
This maintenance will affect HPC login and compute services only, including the HPC clusters login and compute nodes, and OnDemand applications.

All jobs running during the maintenance window will be affected. Please plan your work on the Tufts HPC cluster accordingly and avoid scheduling jobs that will run during the maintenance window. Any jobs that are running when the maintenance begins will be terminated and need to be resubmitted once the cluster returns to service.

An announcement will be issued once the maintenance has been successfully completed, and HPC services have returned to normal operation.
